Returns Policy

We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any fresh and preserved flower arrangements, however, please contact us at info@bloomsandcandy.co.uk if you have any problems with your order and we will be more than happy to find a solution. Please be sure to attach the photographs of the product received with the issues, defects it may have.

We are happy to accept the returns and exchanges for any artificial flowers arrangements providing the product is not damaged and returned within 14 days of receipt.

If you have any issues with any of the products due to poor handling of our couriers please contact us immediately at info@bloomsandcandy.co.uk and we will be more than happy to hear your feedback and find a solution to the problem. Please include the photographs.
